8/10/09 Hopefully, all the changes I have made to the website and the blog in the last few days will work and make it easier for you to search the site. I have gone through the running list sort of blog that I have been doing so far and I have broken it up. I will in the future post each entry as a separate item instead of a running list. My daughter told me that this is better because it helps people to search the index. I am like most women (and men for that matter) my age. I have cobbled together my knowledge of the internet on an as needed basis instead of taking a nice organized sequence of classes so that I feel like I really know what I am doing. Once upon a time I was a programmer (please tell me that some of you still remember assembler, fortran, cobol, etc), and that helps, but so much of what is on the internet is done with mirrors and smoke that it often doesn't make sense to me. I have always thought of my website as a sort of index to all the various yarn and yarn tool companies that are out there. I assume that they all have paid marketing people who can do a much better job on each of their sites to show you all the wonderful things their product can do. I feel my job is to be on the front lines of showing you what is out there, getting you what you need from them and then helping you to get your project done.
Now back to what is new in the store.

Addi click now has add on needles and cords.... you can even get a size 5 that did not come in the original set (US size 5 is not a needle that europeans use much so leaving it out of a German made needle set makes sense).
So if you have your cords full and need some more, I have them.
If you lost your size 7 set somewhere, I have the replacement needle for the set.
New patterns from Fiber trends and a tank pattern for skacel's urban silk is also in.
