The Carroll County Algonquin mill fall festival is coming up Oct 9,10,11.
They have a spinner and weavers group there.
The first meeting of the Canton Spinners and Weavers guild was tonight (9.9.09)
The meetings are usually the first wed of the month at the Canton art museum. Dues are only $20 a year.
Malabar Spinning & Weaving Guild (Ohio) asked me to invite people to
their gathering so here it is.....The annual celebration of “Spinners Week” and the
All-Ohio Spin-In will take place in Malabar Farm State Park in Lucas on
Saturday, October 3rd. Refreshments will be provided by the Malabar
Spinning & Weaving Guild (Ohio)
meet at the big barn across from the “big house,” a famous landmark
where movie stars Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall were married.
